How is EnGarde different from traditional security training?
Unlike traditional training that relies on boring PDFs or videos, EnGarde uses cognitive science principles like microlearning and spaced repetition. We deliver bite-sized content that employees actually engage with, combined with real-world simulations using your actual tools.
Will this disrupt my team's workflow?
Not at all! Our training is designed to be non-intrusive. Microlearning sessions take just 2-3 minutes, phishing simulations are occasional and realistic, and SaaS monitoring runs silently in the background, only alerting when necessary.
How quickly can we get started?
Connect Google Workspace and Slack through OAuth and invite your team — the first signals (connected apps, AI assistants, notetakers) land the same day. Device posture starts reporting once people run the one-line agent install.
What tools do you integrate with?
Google Workspace and Slack today. Devices are covered by our osquery agent on macOS, Windows and Linux, and the browser by our Chrome extension. Microsoft Teams is on the roadmap. Third-party apps are discovered rather than integrated: we see the OAuth grants your team has issued across Workspace, whether or not we support the app.
Is our data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we are GDPR compliant — a French company hosting in the EU. The scopes we request from Google are read-only, and we never ask for one that reads the contents of your files or email: what we collect is metadata — which apps hold grants, which devices report what posture, who attended which meeting. We cannot read your documents because we never asked for the permission to.
Can we customize the training content?
Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans can customize training modules, phishing templates, and even add company-specific scenarios. You can also white-label the platform for enterprise deployments.
What kind of reports do we get?
You'll receive detailed analytics on training completion, phishing simulation results, risk scores by department/individual, and security incident trends. Enterprise plans include compliance reporting for regulations like HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
